The frame of the pump is welded with high-strength low-alloy steel and is heat treated after welding for complete stress relief. This process is much better than the traditional casting frame, it can eliminate the internal stress generated in the welding process, avoid stress concentration, thus giving the frame excellent rigidity and high fatigue strength.
Crankshaft: we insist on the use of one-piece forged alloy steel crankshaft, material grade is usually selected 42CrMo or better modified 4340 alloy steel.
Gear: The Drive system is of the classic herringbone (double helical) design. The gears mesh smoothly, transmit higher torque, and automatically offset axial thrust, thereby significantly extending the life of pinion shafts and crankshaft bearings.
Bearings: crankshaft main bearings and connecting rod bearings are the use of international first-line brands of high-capacity heavy-duty roller bearings, to ensure that the huge impact load can still maintain low friction, stable operation.
The power end adopts the dual lubrication mode of the combination of forced lubrication and splash lubrication. The built-in gear oil pump through the independent pipeline system, will be clean lubricant accurate delivery to each bearing, gear meshing surface and cross head guide plate and other key friction pairs, this is supplemented by splash lubrication with the rotation of the crankshaft and gears.
The crosshead body is made of high strength ductile iron and the guide plate is made of wear-resistant manganese bronze.
The hydraulic end is composed of three independent replaceable modular cylinders, and adopts the"Valve-over-Valve" straight-through structure. Each module is made of high quality alloy steel (35CRMO or AISI 8620) , forged in one piece and subjected to a rigorous heat treatment process
Body and seat: forged from high quality alloy steel (20CrMnTi or AISI 8620) . After the precise carburizing and quenching heat treatment, the hardness of the working face can reach HRC >=60, and has extremely high wear resistance and impact resistance.
Valve rubber (insert) : standard configuration with high-performance Polyurethane material.
Valve cover: the use of threaded valve cover, easy rapid disassembly and assembly, shorten the replacement of valve assembly maintenance time.
The cylinder liner is the core component to withstand the high-frequency reciprocating motion of the piston. We offer two top performance options:
High chromium bimetal cylinder liner: the shell is made of high strength forged steel, and the lining is made of high chromium (chromium content > 27%) alloy by centrifugal casting process. Bore hardness up to HRC 60-65, excellent wear resistance, under conventional drilling conditions, the service life of more than 800 hours.
Zirconia ceramic cylinder liner: the ultimate solution for extreme abrasion and corrosion conditions. The hardness of zirconia ceramic lining is very high (HRC 90 +) , the surface finish is mirror-like, and the friction coefficient is very low. Its service life can reach bimetallic cylinder liner 4-5 times, significantly reduce piston wear and lubricating water consumption, greatly reducing long-term operating costs.
Pistons: we offer integrally vulcanized bonded pistons with a 40CR or 45 # steel core and a high performance polyurethane or hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) skin. This design ensures reliable sealing and extrusion resistance at pressures up to 7,500 PSI.
Piston rod: forged in high strength alloy steel (42CrMo) , quenched and tempered and precision ground. The rod body is plated with a thick layer of hard chromium, providing a smooth and extremely wear-resistant surface, ensuring a perfect fit with the packing seal and effectively preventing leakage.
Optional Upgrade: P-Quip Quick Change System
To minimize maintenance downtime and improve on-site safety, we strongly recommend the P-Quip quick-change system for your 8T750. The system uses hydraulic or pneumatic tools to realize the quick and hammerless disassembly and assembly of valve cover, piston rod and cylinder liner.
Significantly reduced downtime: up to 75% reduction in time to replace perishable parts.
Intrinsically safe: eliminates the need for hand tools such as sledgehammers, significantly reducing the risk of injury.
Extended Component Life: the system provides constant, accurate preload to avoid component damage due to over-tightening or over-loosening.
